About Us

To say that Swedish candy is “in our blood” is not far from the truth.  We grew up in Denmark, where tradition is everything and tradition starts and ends with Swedish candy.  School was just a means to an end, because we knew that when we got home, we’d get our candy treat.  This tradition was just one of many that we held throughout our lives.  Going to the movies, to the beach, or even having a special candy drawer at home to sneak a piece when no one was looking.   As adults, we absolutely loved Swedish candy as an after-dinner treat, watching television treat, or no-real-reason treat. 

Fast forward…Into our children’s adulthood we treated them to the same wonderful candy experiences we had growing up into our adulthood.  In casual conversation we started to think about sharing this experience with our circle of family and friends.  In a very short period, Swedish candy became a “thing” and everyone suggested we should start a business. 

We never thought of sharing Swedish candy as a business, and even now that we actually have a business, we simply think of ourselves as sharing our enjoyment and fun, now with an extended circle of family and friends.  Swedish candy is not just yummie.  It’s about the experience.  It’s about texture, bounce, airy, fluffy, a mixture of sweet, salty, sour and fruity.  A cacophony of flavors and colors you will associate with your own experiences and create wonderful memories.
